A silly question I know, out of curiousity, how much do prostitutes make?

I grew up hearing people making remarks about paying 20 dollars for a hooker, and about the cheap ones in third world countries that they paid 5 dollars to. Just out of curiosity with everything going up, I presume they make more now too? lol
