Accountin Internship: Public or Private?

I am graduating in May in accounting, recently attended a career fair at my school, and am interviewing with accounting firms and firms in industry. A fortune 500 company is interested in me as well as 2 other possible large companies to work as an intern in their finance/accounting department. I also have a lot of interest from a couple accounting firms, mainly a really nice looking small firm in a large city and a big four firm. Please accountants only, what would be your suggestion as the best way to begin my career, given your experience with this decision? Thank you
