Ahhh! its so annoying !?

Can anyone tell me how to do better when applying for jobs and answering the stupid qestions on the back of the application forms where you have to tick the most likely and least likely. I just done one for a company and they refuse me cause i didnt answer the questions right, Its a load of crap. How do they know i cant do the job, just from a few questions. I think everyone should have a chance. Most places only employ family or family memebers so it should be against the law. There are people out there looking for jobs who have qualification and cant even get a job, coz someones family member with no qualification got the job. Its unfair. Who agrees ?
