A question pertaining to my Authorities at work...?

I don't make people lauph much, I don't influence my successes and knowledge to others, I don't have much of an energetic side, and I don't talk much, all I do is my work and listen to my fellow employees and other. I feel like I am this dark, creepy, Addams Family member. However, when I work, I do a great job and my authorities had let me know I am a tenacious employee. I know that is the main reason why I am still here; because of my excellent completeion of all plus extra work that I do. My question is: I've been working here (at a Hotel) for eight months now and want to be a Manager someday. I was wondering what do you think my authorities think of me or if you were my boss, what would you think? Do I have to change in order to continue working here, ... or ..., ... ... ?
