A coworker called my cell phone and left a crazy message?

She was being weird, rude, and laughing non stop. I think she was high. Should I mention something to my manager? I really don't appreciate coworkers calling me during non work hours (11 pm to be exact) and leaving incoherent, rude messages. What should I do?
