A Career as Sales Rep at a title company?

I'm been very confuse about what career I want to have that that would make me happy & makes good money easly. I current work at the title company as a receptionist but I think its so boring but I want to stay so I can move up to being an Sales Rep...do you think its a goood choice? should I stay or go back to school for nursing or cosmology school? If anyone currently or had experience as an Sale Rep if you could tell how it works and what you need to qualify? I would greatly appercaite your advice and gudiance :)
